2011 has proved successful for Countrywide so far, winning 24 awards for customer service from the Estate Agent & Letting Agent Awards, including the top two coveted awards- Best National Estate Agent (Gold) and Best National Letting Agent (Gold) in the large chain categories. These independent awards, known as the 'ESTAs', recognise the best offices in the UK for delivering outstanding customer service. These awards are solely voted for by buyers, vendors and landlords, making ESTAs an extremely proud achievement.
It is not only customers that hold the Countrywide Group in such high regard; property experts also appreciate Countrywide's constant innovation. Recent accolades include awards for Countrywide Surveying Services, one of the UK's premier surveying and valuation businesses who were voted Best Surveyor at the 2011 My Introducer industry awards.
