Like 2012, 2013 has proved successful for Countrywide so far. During the last 2 years we have won over 30 awards including; Best Mortgage Distributor at the 2013 Mortgage Strategy Awards, New Homes Estate Agency of the Year 2012 and the coveted 'Best Estate Agency - Large Chain' award for the fourth consecutive year at the ‘ESTAS’. The 'ESTAS', are the only industry awards based purely on the votes of buyers, sellers and landlords, which recognise the best agents in the UK for delivering outstanding customer service. Over 33,000 customer responses were received for the 2012 ESTAs.
It is not only customers that hold Countrywide in high regard; property experts and industry leaders also recognise Countrywide's industry-leading position, relentless focus on growth, service and innovation. Industry peers have also nominated Countrywide for several high-profile awards and recent accolades include; Gold for Countrywide Residential Lettings at the RESI Awards 2012 and business leadership awards for financial services and surveying at both the 2012 Mortgage Strategy Awards and the 2011 British Mortgage Awards. On a local level, our market knowledge and outstanding service proposition has been recognised through wins such as 'Best Estate Agency in Scotland' for Slater Hogg & Howison (Gold) and Silver for Hamptons International in the ‘Best Large Agency’ at the 2011 Sunday Times Estate Agency of the Year Awards.
Estate Agency & Lettings Agent of the year: These independent awards, known as the ‘ESTAs’, recognise the best offices in the UK for delivering outstanding customer service. The ESTAs are the only awards of their kind in the industry and are based purely on the votes of buyers, sellers and landlords.
