Provision for private parking is at the side of the proposed dwelling. The original planning consent in January 2011 was subject to a section 106, restricting the dwelling to an affordable dwelling. The revised planning permission now excludes the section 106 agreement, therefore there are no occupancy restrictions imposed on the proposed new dwelling.
