Travelling west on the A30 towards Penzance head through the roundabout at Sainsbury's and staying in the left hand lane approaching the next roundabout and follow the signs for the town centre. After approx. 100 metres take the right turning signposted Gulval, this will take you under the Penzance bypass road. Continue along this road without deviation for approx. 200 metres where you will see the entrance to Ponsandane Farm Mews on your left. Take this entrance and at the T junction turn left. Take this drive ignoring the entrance on your right proceeding straight ahead passing the first property on your left and the driveway will bear to the left and continue to the end where the entrance to Stablys-Coth is identified via gravelled parking.
