    Since the purchase of the property from Welsh Water in 1983, an agreement has been in place for the owners to have the use of the land still owned by WTW on the following terms- In return for keeping the land in a tidy condition and the grass kept cut, the owners were allowed to keep hens and dogs and store garden equipment on the land shown edged red on the attached plan.
