The location of the Cottage gives doorstep access to countryside walks, hillwalking, fishing, cycling and various water sports. There is also a golf club in the village. Killin was also recently voted as one of the most picturesque villages in Scotland. The cottage gives stunning views over the Falls of Dochart and up towards the Tormachan Ridge.
