The house has been great for me over the years. It is very spacious throughout and all the bedrooms are good sizes so I often have friends and family to stay. The location is simply perfect, the house is tucked away in the cul-de-sac and we are surrounded by woodland. It is so peaceful and tranquil up here, it often feels as though I am in the countryside. Yet only a short walk away I have local amenities and Sydenham Hill train station which gets me into central London in approximately 15mins. I really do have the best of both worlds.
