The third and top floor encompasses the entire floor and acts as its own private suite with en-suite bathroom facilities and seating/dressing area. Again this rear facing room enjoys some of the most stunning sea views available. The lower ground floor owner's accommodation has a generous kitchen / family room and ample shower room. The breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean are available from the majority of rooms and with the lower ground also providing French doors that lead out onto a very quaint garden which is an ideal spot to enjoy the sunshine and take in the glorious sea views.
