‘The Homestead’ x . A labour of love for a fantastic local Warwickshire team led by Gary Hyde of Medwell Hyde Ltd, ‘The Homestead’ is one of the oldest ‘Crook Frame’ buildings in the country and has undergone a three year restoration by Medwell Hyde Ltd. Whose motto is ‘Passionate Beyond Belief’. Steeped in history the property has served many purposes over the years; as a bakers, post office and was the origin of one of the first bus routes in the area when, in the early 1800’s, the Rouse family started a horse and cart service to local residents from the property.
