The Property The cottage is accessed from the Road via a short flight of steps and entrance gate onto the terrace. Portloe The village of Portloe is surely one of the few remaining unspoilt Cornish villages with its small working harbour and delightful coastal walks. Much of the land in the area is owned and protected by the National Trust and the cliff top walks are some of the finest on the South West Coastal Path.   The renowned Lugger Hotel is situated on the slipway and the Ship Inn is also close-by.

The Roseland An enduring holiday destination for those in the know, the Roseland Peninsula is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is the perfect combination of glorious countryside, dramatic coastline, harbour villages and family friendly beaches. The picturesque village of Veryan with its famous Round Houses and range of amenities is just over a mile away, and the elegant sailing resort of St Mawes is nine miles distant. The nearby sandy beaches of Carne and Pendower, offering an expanse of safe clean bathing water, are just two miles away, and Porthcurnick Beach with its iconic Hidden Hut Cafe is just four miles distant.
