Deepford Cottage is an interesting, detached property in a quiet, rural location, situated in one of the best residential lanes in Chobham, complimented by gardens and paddock of approximately 1.28 acres.
Upon entry is a lobby area with cloakroom, leading to a Kitchen/Breakfast room which has been fitted with a range of high quality fittings including Miele appliances. There is a door leading to the side patio/courtyard with bifold doors out to the garden.
Off the kitchen is a utility room and a separate door leading to a staff/annexe, with a kitchenette and bathroom which could be used as an au-pair suite/granny annexe or family room. This annexe is currently separately rated.
The main sitting room is a delight, offering a triple aspect, with feature fireplace and hard wood flooring alongside bifold doors to the garden. To the first floor is a master bedroom with a luxury 'Axor Hansgrohe' ensuite bathroom with a resin stone bath, large walk in shower, wall mounted mirror/TV, stone floor and views over the gardens. There are a further three bedrooms and two bath/shower rooms, whilst a secondary staircase leads to the top floor with an additional room and generous eaves storage, ideal for further enlargement (subject to planning consent).
We thoroughly recommend this property for its rural location in one of Chobham's most highly regarded roads.
