This stunning former water mill is set upon Woodbridge Brook, which flows through the property and still turns the fabulous internal water wheel and gears (currently disabled). The present owner of Crabb Mill has been in occupation for over 30 years, painstakingly restoring what was a derelict building into a stunning family home retaining many of its original features including the original water wheel, mill stones and exposed beams on all levels.

Outside

This area of garden provides a wonderful vantage point to view the mill stream and river beyond with a bridge linking these two areas of outdoor space. Situation
Lea is a popular village located to the east of the historic town of Malmesbury and provides a range of amenities including a primary school, children's park & tennis court, village hall, church and popular public house The Rose & Crown. Nearby, Malmesbury town offers a further range of shops and facilities, an outstanding secondary school, leisure centre, doctors surgery, and Waitrose. Lea has excellent links to either Junction 16 or 17 of the M4 (approx 20 mins drive). Rail services to Paddington available from either Swindon (55 mins), or Kemble (72 mins).
